Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Earls Court and Gloucester Road tube stations, with a great choice of restaurants nearby. The service was exceptional, with super kind and attentive staff, although there were a few inefficiencies mainly from the front office manager. The dining options were good, except for a slight miscommunication about breakfast times. Overall, I would happily recommend NH London Kensington for its ideal location and friendly service.
The hotel offers an excellent set up with a different area upstairs that works well for a divided space. However, the room was awfully dark due to its ground floor location facing a brick wall. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious, although the bathtub had bits of something that looked like plastic. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming, providing great local knowledge and recommendations, but the bar area could be livelier in the evenings. The location is fantastic for walking to museums, getting to Heathrow, or reaching central London quickly and easily, especially being close to the Earls Court underground station. The dining experience could have been better, taking a long time even with a preordered menu, although the food was delicious. Facilities are good overall. The hotel offers value for money overall, with a slightly dated decor but convenient amenities.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room I had was quiet and comfortable, but a bit shabby and could use some redecoration. The service was warm and helpful, and the hotel's location was super convenient, close to transportation and attractions. The dining experience was good with a nice selection of food, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were basic but clean and tidy, facing the inner courtyard and garden, offering a bright atmosphere on the 6th floor. The service was approachable and helpful, although I wished the bar area was livelier. The location is convenient for public transport and attractions, but a little out of the way. The dining experience was pleasant, despite a minor hiccup with breakfast serving times. Overall, a comfortable and reasonably priced stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was very convenient, close to the tube station and Kensington High Street, but the neighborhood felt a bit seedy. The rooms, although slightly larger, were noisy due to their position overlooking the main road, lacked natural light, and faced the housekeeping room with noisy trolleys in the morning. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good selection of food, while the service was a bit hit and miss.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were immaculate, and despite facing the main road, they were surprisingly quiet and soundproof. The service was exceptional, with staff promptly attending to any issues and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Dining options were varied and delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.
